Hello, My name is Veronsky Cleus, and I’m currently serving in the U.S. Army as an E-3. Outside of my military service, I’m deeply passionate about technology and working toward a degree in software engineering. My long-term goal is to become a skilled developer and contribute meaningfully to the future of AI and ethical computing. As part of my personal learning journey, I’m developing a local AI assistant entirely offline on my PC. This project is focused on helping me study code, understand systems design, and build practical experience with language models — strictly for educational and personal use. I’m respectfully requesting access to the LLaMA 3.1 Instruct model. I understand and will follow Meta’s Responsible Use Guidelines, and I greatly appreciate the opportunity to learn from a model of this caliber. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
