Fish Audio 1.81k

I converted Drama 3 for mlx-audio, so it runs locally on Apple Silicon Macs: https://huggingface.co/mlx-community/fish-audio-drama-3-4bit

The routed experts are 4-bit and everything else 8-bit, 22 GB on disk. On an M3 Max it peaks at about 26 GB of memory and generates at about 2x real time, with the first streamed audio after about 0.25 s.

mlx-audio support is still in review in Blaizzy/mlx-audio#1018. Until it merges, the model card shows how to install from the PR branch.

Thanks for releasing the weights!
