Hi team,

I’m building a paid automated customer-service product (telephone IVR + self-service kiosk / totem) for business clients in Brazil. For latency, privacy, and reliability reasons, I need to run the TTS fully offline/on-prem on customer hardware, and I also need to fine-tune to improve Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) accent and (optionally) adapt to a customer’s own voice with explicit consent.

I noticed this model is gated/restricted on Hugging Face and I’m not sure about commercial/offline usage rights.

Do you offer a commercial license that allows:

1. Offline/on-prem deployment (no cloud),
2. Fine-tuning the base weights (LoRA or full FT),
3. Using the fine-tuned model in production for paying customers,
4. Shipping/embedding the model as part of an on-site appliance (kiosk / telephony server)?

If yes, could you share:

• The correct contact for licensing/sales,
• Whether licensing is per device / per customer / per site,
• Any restrictions on redistribution or model packaging.
