Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.

This PR improves your model card by:

Adding links to the Fish Audio S2 Technical Report and the official GitHub repository at the top for better visibility.
Adding tags such as multilingual and instruction-following to help users find the model.
Fixing the BibTeX citation at the bottom of the card which was missing a closing brace.

These changes help researchers and developers better navigate your work!
