v13 stops dead after the first response
Using VSCode + Claude Code, I'd get a reply confirmation of my request, and then nothing.
Same issue here, using vllm and maki agent.
Please try with v15. I think I have finally managed to fix the overthinking/indecision, and the repeated loops on tool errors among other things. So far, in my testing it is holding up. I am hoping this will be the final version.
Going to run v16-test and see how it goes.

CC stoppped after it asked me a question. Not sure what part of the template that is, everything else seemed fine in tonight's session until it asked me a question. When I wrote the answer it stopped responding and I had to tell it to resume.
It should be solved in the final v16 release which I have now promoted to official release.
