docs: add immutable Apache-2.0 license snapshot

Add the full Apache License 2.0 text, clarify which model artifacts the current snapshot publishes under it, preserve the historical revision boundary, and update moved ecosystem links. Resolves the metadata gap tracked in modelscope/FunASR#3454.
Reviewed against current main: the two-file diff matches the backed-up candidate, the license text matches the Apache Software Foundation canonical text, model-card metadata parses as apache-2.0, canonical ecosystem links return 200, and the historical revision remains unchanged.
