Add pipeline tag and improve model card

Hi, I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face. I'm opening this PR to improve the model card for ObjEmbed.
I've added the pipeline_tag: image-feature-extraction to the metadata to help users discover this model for multimodal embedding tasks. I've also structured the README to highlight the model's key features and properties as described in the paper.
