Add pipeline tag, library name, usage example and Gradio demo

This PR adds the pipeline_tag and library_name to the metadata, ensuring the model can be found more easily. It also adds a usage example and a link to the Gradio demo.
Thank you for the PR! Just one thing, I will pull down the Gradio demo soon, so can you remove the line with the link to the demo?
