Update model card: fix paper link, add pipeline tag and usage

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I've updated the model card for this repository to improve its discoverability and utility:
- Added the
audio-to-audiopipeline tag to the metadata. - Corrected the ArXiv paper link to the correct version (
2510.18391) and moved it to the Markdown section. - Added a link to the official GitHub repository.
- Included a "Sample Usage" section based on the CLI tools described in your README.
- Added a BibTeX citation for the paper.
