Turkish characters like ı, ğ fails

Turkish translation fails due this missing letter. I tried to add token but when I tried to decode it gives "Nasılsın" to "Nası lsı n"

Hmm I think this might be expected, unfortunately flan-t5 has not been explicitly trained on Turkish
Only trained on 5 languages :(
