How to set prompts and terminology?
I didn’t see any parameters for setting prompts in the instructions. I’d like to know how to use prompts (including terminology) to make translations more accurate.

Thanks for the question. TranslateGemma is designed as a structured translation model and relies strictly on the type, source_lang_code, target_lang_code, and text fields for direct translation. It does not currently support separate system prompts or instruction-style parameters, and any content placed inside text will be treated as source text and translated. As a result, terminology or style constraints cannot be enforced via prompt engineering in the usual LLM sense. For stricter terminology, please try handling it at the application level by including something like preprocessing, post-processing or terminology validation.
