🚩 Report: Copyright infringement

I am writing to report an impersonation and malicious namespace squatting.
My Hugging Face username is kjcpc, and I am the original author of the model repository kjcpc/ML-Sharp-QNN. I have published this model under Apple's model license (AML-R).
A user named hUh63 has created a mirrored, empty repository with the same name hUh63/ML-Sharp-QNN in an attempt to impersonate me and hijack my model's identity. This user has also engaged in severe copyright infringement and license violation on GitHub (DMCA Ticket #4790520), where they cloned my original code, forged my commit history, and illegally relicensed my GPL-3.0 code to MIT.
This is a clear pattern of malicious impersonation causing confusion for users. Please take down the infringing, empty model repository (hUh63/ML-Sharp-QNN) immediately.
