Joblib companion-path ACE addendum
This local bundle upgrades the NDArrayWrapper companion-path issue from a
marker-write primitive to load-time ACE by placing a raw torch.ops.load_library
pickle body inside the scanner-clean companion .npy.
Use reproduce.py to rebuild the shared library, scan all four files, and
verify that only the malicious pair writes:
/tmp/joblib_companion_torch_ops_load_library_marker.txt
