This PR enhances the model card by:

  • Adding the library_name: transformers tag to the metadata. This enables the automated "how to use" widget on the model page, providing users with a runnable code snippet, based on the transformers usage shown in the "Example" section.
  • Updating the "Paper" section in the content to include a direct link to the Hugging Face paper page (Hala Technical Report: Building Arabic-Centric Instruction & Translation Models at Scale).
  • Including a direct link to the GitHub repository (https://github.com/Hala) under the "Quick Links" section for easier access to the codebase.

These improvements aim to make the model more discoverable and user-friendly on the Hugging Face Hub.
