Seeking clarification: does this model generate telugu speech from telugu text on windows setup

Hi,
Could any user who used this model confirm whether this model generated telugu speech from telugu text?
Tried a different IndicF5 model (not TeluguIndicF5) on windows PC and the model generated some nonexistent sounds
The halucinated sounds were shrt 2seconds despite longer telugu input text , and the sound generated kept changing with each run though input telugu text was same
so am trying to find a model that is confirmed to work for telugu speech in windows
