Add pipeline tag, library name, and paper link

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face. This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: image-segmentation to help users find the model on the Hub.
Adding library_name: transformers since the implementation uses UperNetForSemanticSegmentation.
Adding a direct link to the official paper page on Hugging Face for better accessibility.
