Add authors, library_name and link to paper page

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.

I've opened this PR to enhance the VoXtream2 model card:

Author Information: Added the names of the authors (Nikita Torgashov, Gustav Eje Henter, and Gabriel Skantze) for proper attribution.
Hugging Face Paper Page: Linked the model to its official paper page to improve its visibility in the research ecosystem.
Library Metadata: Added library_name: voxtream as the model is distributed via a dedicated Python package of the same name.
Tags: Added zero-shot and streaming tags to help users find the model when filtering by these features.
