Add pipeline tag, remove arxiv tag from metadata

This PR improves the model card metadata by:
- Adding
pipeline_tag: text-rankingso the model is discoverable under the correct task category. - Removing the
arxiv:2610.24481entry from the YAMLtags, since the arXiv ID should only be referenced in the Markdown content. The paper is already linked in the model card.
