Add pipeline tag and remove arxiv tag from metadata

This PR improves the model card metadata by:
- Adding
pipeline_tag: text-rankingso the model is correctly categorized and discoverable at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-ranking. - Removing the
arxiv:2610.24481tag from the YAML metadata, since arXiv identifiers should only be referenced in the Markdown content, where the paper is already linked.
No library_name is added because the checkpoint relies on DuoLM’s own inference workflow rather than an automated library snippet.
