Add name and description to `yaml` for API
This allows HF API access to the model's name ("BioCLIP") and description (see example). It should then render nicely on the Imageomics Catalog for improved discoverability.
Looks good, though my recommendation would be to eliminate redundancy with the name or title, i.e., remove BioCLIP 2 is ... from the description. (In the same way, for example CRAN doesn't want you to have "X is an R Package that ..." in the description, because both X and R Package are redundant.)
