Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.

I noticed that this repository is missing some metadata and structured information. This PR:

• Adds the library_name: peft tag to indicate compatibility with the PEFT library.
• Adds the pipeline_tag: text-generation to help with model discovery.
• Includes a direct link to the associated research paper page on Hugging Face.
• Organizes the model information and resources for better readability.

These changes will help users discover and use these persona adapters more effectively.
