Numberplate detection miner — sv_np weights + multi-view crop TTA + cross-view consensus.

Strategy

• Reuses sv_np's proven 1280x1280 backbone (single-class numberplate).
• Keeps the soft-NMS + hflip TTA primary pass (alfred001 tuning: conf=0.22, iou=0.41, sigma=0.685).
• Adds 2 fresh views beyond the orig+flip TTA used by sv_np:
  • Center zoom crop (70% area, centered) — captures medium-distance plates
  • Bottom zoom crop (bottom 60% region) — captures close-up parked car plates
• Cross-view consensus: low-confidence boxes survive only if confirmed by another view (IoU >= 0.45).
• Distinct per-challenge predictions break the validator's similarity tie-break.
