Summary

PODE is a physiology-guided residual-decomposition framework for studying disease-associated heterogeneity around a healthy retinal aging trajectory. This repository hosts the public checkpoint packages for the fundus PODE implementation and the analogous BrainMRI implementation.

Public checkpoint filenames are version-free. Package provenance is tracked in metadata.json, manifest.json, and SHA256SUMS.

Notes

  • No raw fundus images, MRI volumes, clinical tables, or subject-level manifests are included.
  • Fundus PODE-Base uses the VisionFM backbone. If upstream VisionFM weights are required for a workflow, obtain them according to the upstream model's terms.
  • BrainMRI workflows require authorized local data and consistent preprocessing.
  • The checkpoints are research artifacts and are not intended for clinical decision-making.

Verification

Use manifest.json and each package-level metadata.json to verify file size and SHA256.
