Add metadata and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face team.
This PR adds YAML metadata to your model card, including a pipeline_tag and descriptive tags to make your work more discoverable on the Hub. I've also refined the model card content to ensure links to the paper and the GitHub repository are prominent, and added a citation section based on the provided paper information.
