I'm asking where and/or How I can get help with installing 2 Different AI's on my computer: Framepack and Fooocus.
Are there any Forums for AI in general, or Forums for specific modules.
I've been try to install both Framepack and Fooocus and I've only had minor success with some limitations.
Problem is my video card is an nVidia GTX 5060 and supposedly doesn't yet support Cuda?
I've tried Every Manual installation process I could find and a couple automatic installations including Pinokio.
I got Framepack installed with Pinokio, but Pinokio is supposed to run OFFLINE after you Download and install the programs you want. However, If I try to run it without a connection it just crashes. So I have to connect to internet, then it goes through "Downloading Shards" which it already has done before, THEN it will start. Why is that if it's supposed to be "Offline". I can generate videos after re-connecting, but I don't like the Idea of having to connect to the internet every single time.
With Fooocus, I've gotten it installed with a special "one click" installer, and also with Pinokio. Both versions have certain functions that won't work such as Image Prompt and/or Inpainting, or maybe more, I don't know, I haven't tested every function yet, but I can generate images wioth both installations.
I've been using computers since 1981, Yes, 1981, that's 4 years before Microsoft, and I've NEVER had such a difficult time installing and running anything before. And I even dabbled a little in programming with a program called "Q&A" and I've done 3D Modeling way back in the days of "Poser 3", So I'm not a complete noob. I'm new to this AI stuff, and new to windows 11, but I'm just having the most difficult time with getting theses 2 programs installed and running properly.
