Piper Failing TTS with Jarvis model

I just downloaded and setup jarvis in HA on Saturday.
I was able to get piper to recognize the voice file and have it set as the voice for my assistant. However, when I use the assistant, the whole voice pipeline works except the piper TTS. I attached some images about my setup.
Good to note I am using the built in piper add on for HA.
This is the case on multiple hardware devices: pi3b w/ 2 mic hat and ha voice.
Let me know any other information that would be helpful.
