SMART-SUV: A Surrogate Model for External Aerodynamics of SUVs Trained on the Luminary Cloud SHIFT-SUV Dataset

This repository provides the weights for the SMART model trained on the Luminary Cloud SHIFT-SUV dataset. SMART is a Transformer-based neural surrogate model designed for physical simulations, providing fast and data-driven approximations of physical fields, offering a more efficient alternative to traditional numerical solvers. The Luminary Cloud SHIFT‑SUV dataset is a collection of high‑fidelity automotive CFD simulations of SUVs. Developed by Luminary Cloud, the dataset is based on thousands of parametrically morphed variations of the AeroSUV vehicle platform, developed by FKFS (Forschungsinstitut für Kraftfahrwesen und Fahrzeugmotoren Stuttgart).

Dataset Attribution

Training data originates from the Luminary Cloud SHIFT-SUV dataset, which is licensed under CC BY‑NC 4.0 by Luminary Cloud. If you use these model weights in your own work, please include appropriate attribution to Luminary Cloud as required by the dataset license.
