Add pipeline tag and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face. I'm opening this pull request to improve the model card for BCAF.

Specifically, I have:

Added the image-segmentation pipeline tag to the metadata to improve discoverability on the Hub.
Updated the task type in the model-index to align with the pipeline tag.
Included links to the research paper and the official GitHub repository.
Maintained the performance benchmark tables from the original README.
