Improve model card metadata and links

This PR improves the model card for VectraYX-Base 260M by:
- Removing the Arxiv ID from the YAML metadata section (moving it to the Markdown content instead).
- Updating the link to the official GitHub repository.
- Ensuring the model is correctly linked to the research paper.
