Add pipeline tag and update model card

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face. I'm opening this PR to add the pipeline_tag: any-to-any to the model card's metadata. This tag correctly represents the unified understanding, generation, and editing capabilities of UniLIP and will improve its discoverability on the Hub. I've also formatted the paper and GitHub links and added a citation section.
