1. Legal Ownership and Copyright

The JiRack architecture and the specific weights for the JiRackTernary_70b model are the proprietary intellectual property of Konstantin Vladimirovich Grabko. Use of this software and model weights is strictly governed by the CMS Manhattan JiRack License V.1.2.

2. Derived Architecture Notice (Meta Llama)

This model is built upon the Llama-3.1-70b architecture developed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

The structural configuration (number of layers, heads, and dimensions) is compatible with the Llama architecture to ensure integration with existing ecosystems.
Users must comply with the Meta Llama 3.1 Community License Agreement in addition to the JiRack proprietary terms.

Dual Licensing Requirements

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This model is subject to BOTH:

Meta Llama 3.1 Community License (for base architecture)
CMS Manhattan JiRack License V.1.2 (for quantization technology and optimizations)

Users must obtain compliance with both licenses for any use.
