Llama-3 Recruiter Fine-Tuned Model
This model is a fine-tuned version of Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct, trained on 1000+
multi-turn recruiter screening conversations.
It is designed to behave like a professional recruiter, ask screening questions,
and guide job candidates through an interview-friendly dialog.
Merged weights (no LoRA) — fully vLLM compatible.
