Add library name and pipeline tag

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team. I've updated the model card to include the library_name: transformers and pipeline_tag: image-text-to-text metadata. This ensures the model is correctly categorized on the Hub and enables the automated code snippet feature. I've also linked the model to its corresponding paper page.
