Language Learning Tasks (L2T) Project 1

Hi,

I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I've noticed this model repository is missing some metadata and documentation.

This PR adds:

• The text-generation pipeline tag and transformers library name to the metadata.
• Links to the official paper Enhancing Linguistic Competence of Language Models through Pre-training with Language Learning Tasks and the GitHub repository.
• A brief description of the L2T framework.

These changes will make the model more discoverable on the Hub and provide better context for users.
