Language Learning Tasks (L2T) Project 1

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.

This PR improves the model card for the L2T 500M Shared model by:

• Adding the pipeline_tag: text-generation and library_name: transformers metadata for better discoverability and to enable the "Use in Transformers" button.
• Adding direct links to the research paper and the official GitHub repository.
• Providing a brief description of the L2T pre-training framework.
