Hi! I'm opening this pull request to improve the model card for this repository.

I've added the following:

• pipeline_tag: text-generation for better discoverability.
• library_name: transformers as the model is compatible with the Transformers library.
• Links to the official paper and the GitHub repository.

These changes will ensure the "Use in Transformers" button appears correctly and help researchers easily find the associated code and paper.
