Can't follow camera move in editing video while using refv2a

I'm using 600ema lora to edit video using refv2a model. Origianl video has several Large-scale camera movement eg. lens zoom. I found that this lora can't follow camera move，but if i don't use any lora，the result video completely copy camera moves from original video. Can i use 600ema lora in refv2a？
