Improve model card and add paper link

This PR improves the model card for NOVA by:

Updating the pipeline_tag to image-to-video for better discoverability.
Adding a link to the original research paper: NOVA: Sparse Control, Dense Synthesis for Pair-Free Video Editing.
Including a sample CLI usage snippet derived from the official GitHub repository.
Adding a BibTeX citation for the work.
