This PR significantly enhances the model card for UAGLNet by:

• Adding the pipeline_tag: image-segmentation and additional tags to improve discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub.
• Providing a more descriptive title and a comprehensive model overview based on the paper's abstract and the GitHub README.
• Structuring the model card with clear links to the paper, GitHub repository, and Hugging Face collection.
• Including the model's architecture diagram for better understanding.
• Integrating detailed "Quick Start" instructions (installation, data preprocessing, training/testing) and sample usage snippets for reproducing results, directly from the GitHub README.
• Presenting the "Main Results" table to highlight the model's performance.
• Adding the BibTeX citation and acknowledgement section.
• Removing the irrelevant "File information" section.

These improvements aim to make the model card more informative and user-friendly for the community.
