This PR improves the model card for Agentic-R by:

Adding the text-retrieval pipeline tag for better discoverability.
Specifying library_name: transformers as the model uses a BERT architecture compatible with the library.
Updating the GitHub repository link to the official project repository.
Adding the BibTeX citation from the paper.
