Licence of pretrained_v2 for commercial use: the MIT wording from GitHub or the research-only wording here?

thank you for RVC and for publishing the base models. I would like to use a voice model fine-tuned from pretrained_v2 (f0G40k.pth / f0D40k.pth) in a commercial product, and I would like to get the licence right rather than guess.
Two wordings of the same licence file exist, and I cannot tell which one you intend for the model files:
- Here on Hugging Face, the file 使用需遵守的协议-LICENSE.txt (uploaded 12 Jan 2023, unchanged since) says 本软件仅供研究使用 — research use only.
- On GitHub, the file with the same name (commit a7857f1, 31 Mar 2023) says 本软件及其相关代码以MIT协议开源 — released under the MIT licence — without the research-only sentence. That file was later removed and LICENSE is plain MIT.
The README also says of the base model: 底模使用接近50小时的开源高质量VCTK训练集训练，无版权方面的顾虑，请大家放心使用.
Could you confirm which terms apply to pretrained_v2 (and to hubert_base.pt and rmvpe.pt in this repository)? In particular:
- Is commercial use of pretrained_v2, and of voice models fine-tuned from it, permitted under the MIT licence?
- Was the research-only sentence meant to cover only the early software package, or also the model files uploaded later?
