ModernBERT DISSAT Explainer (3-Class)

A fine-tuned ModernBERT model that explains why a user is dissatisfied, classifying into three categories: NEED_CLARIFICATION, WRONG_ANSWER, or WANT_DIFFERENT.

Model Description

This is Stage 2 of a hierarchical dissatisfaction detection pipeline. After Stage 1 identifies a user as dissatisfied (DISSAT), this model explains the reason.

Label Definitions

Label	Description	Example
NEED_CLARIFICATION	Query is ambiguous, needs refinement	System shows options to refine search
WRONG_ANSWER	System response is incorrect	"No, I said 2 people not 3"
WANT_DIFFERENT	User wants alternative options	"What else do you have?"
