Pixel mush, but why?

First of all, thank you for your extraordinary work for the community!
I have a problem with the generation—up to step (I don't remember exactly) 12/20, everything looks phenomenal, then the image suddenly becomes pixelated—in the end, the image consists only of several large tiles. I'm using a Mac and the latest version of ComfyUI—could this be related to Metal?
