Harmless PoC: OpenVINO PyTorch make_framework_node body-skip vector OOB

When a decoder reports ≥2 subgraphs and body outs > node outs (num_skip>0), make_framework_node indexes outputs[i] past outputs.size() → heap OOB / abort at convert.
