Add pipeline tag and paper link

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding pipeline_tag: image-to-image to the metadata for better discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub.
Adding a link to the paper page in the model card content.

No library_name is added because the model requires custom code and is not directly loadable through a standard Transformers AutoModel interface.
