This PR improves the model card for Mobile-Agent-v3.5 (GUI-Owl-1.5).

Key changes:

• Added pipeline_tag: image-text-to-text and library_name: transformers to the metadata for better discoverability and to enable automated code snippets.
• Moved the Arxiv ID from the YAML metadata to the markdown section as per documentation guidelines.
• Added links to the research paper, the official GitHub repository, and the online demo.
• Provided a concise summary of the model's features and benchmarks.
