Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR adds the pipeline_tag: text-to-3d metadata to improve discoverability of this model on the Hugging Face Hub. It also adds the library_name: transformers metadata to enable the "Use in Transformers" snippet.
hello nice work guys i am trying to use this just to test through transformers but i am having problem with the tokinizer as it is not default text to text and it is not written in the files, not sure if there is a fast way to test this model ?
