Flip augmentation must be off for real people, then your results will be better for faces, since currently your faces of celebs are weird, since their face sides are mirrored and flipped identical to other face side, this is actually not needed with faces and only needed with objects. if you have such an option , turn it off and all faces will become natural and not unnatural...
