Improve model card with paper and project links

This PR improves the model card by adding metadata and links to the paper "WBench: A Comprehensive Multi-turn Benchmark for Interactive Video World Model Evaluation", the official project page, and the citation information. It also includes the pipeline_tag: other in the YAML metadata to help with model discovery.
