Hi Meta Llama team,

My access request for meta-llama/Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct was rejected (MorningStar0709). I believe this was due to an incomplete form submission — I had filled in the required fields (name, country, affiliation, job title, accepted license terms) but the submit may not have gone through properly.

I need access for academic research: performing QLoRA fine-tuning on a control science domain adaptation benchmark as part of a cross-architecture experiment (Llama 3B × Gemma 4B × Qwen 4B). This is non-commercial academic work.

Could you please reopen my access request so I can resubmit with complete information? Thank you!
